The assistant that knows you — and reminds you on time
“My Mesakem” is a personal assistant that knows all your meetings and learns you from every one: who you met, what was agreed, what is still open and in which project. Ask it in plain words and it answers from your meetings, showing which meeting it came from. Write “remind me today at 15:00 to send Avi the quote” and at 15:00 an email lands in your inbox.
It sees only your meetings and what was shared with you. It never emails or messages other people for you.
What is “My Mesakem”?
A personal assistant inside Mesakem: in the dashboard, the phone app and Telegram. It knows all your meetings and answers about them, pointing to the meeting each fact came from. It also keeps your tasks and reminders: tell it what and when, confirm, and the reminder arrives by email on time.
Everything said in your meetings, in one place
Mesakem doesn't invent and doesn't search the web. It knows what happened in your meetings, and connects the dots.
People
Who joined each meeting, from the calendar invite and from who spoke. It finds people by name or email and knows which meetings they were in.
When did I last talk to Dana?
Projects and rooms
A room holds every meeting of a client or project. Ask about the room and it answers from all of its meetings.
Where does the product launch stand?
Your whole history
Not just the last meeting. It searches all your meetings, even from months ago, and opens the transcript when you need the exact words.
What did we say about the budget in October?
Tasks
What's open, what's late and who owns it. Ask it to create a task or mark one done, and it does so only after you confirm.
What are my open tasks this week?
Every meeting teaches it a little more about you
Mesakem learns on its own from your meeting summaries: the projects you work on, your terms, and who the people around you are and what they do. When you ask it something, it already knows what you mean.
- Projects, terms and people's roles, from the summaries of your own meetings.
- Every item shows the meeting it was learned from, and an answer shows which memories shaped it.
- In “My memory” you see it all, edit, delete, and can turn learning off.
- No phone numbers and no email addresses: only roles and relationships.
A normal question, an answer with a source
Write the way you'd write to a colleague. Mesakem searches your meetings, answers briefly, and shows which meeting it came from so you can check.
Say it once. Get an email on time.
Tell Mesakem what and when, in plain words. It shows what it understood and waits for your OK. At the time you set, an email with the reminder lands in your inbox, and the reminder is also added to your open tasks.
Phrasings that work
- «Remind me in 20 minutes to check the contract»Today, 13:20
- «Remind me in 2 hours to call the accountant»Today, 15:00
- «Remind me tomorrow at 9 to send Dana the deck»Tomorrow, 09:00
- «Remind me the day after tomorrow at 11:00 to check the offer»Day after tomorrow, 11:00
Examples assume it's 13:00 now.
At the time you said
The reminder goes out exactly when you said. Need something done by 16:00? Ask for a reminder a bit earlier, say at 15:00.
Email or Telegram
Reminders arrive by email. If you connected Telegram they arrive there, and you can ask for “by email”.
Also a task
Every reminder is also added to your open tasks, so it can't get lost.
Only after you confirm
Mesakem shows what it understood, what and when, and sets nothing until you say “yes”.
Say what and when
For example “remind me today at 15:00 to send Avi the quote”.
Confirm
Mesakem shows what it understood and asks “Confirm?”. Answer “yes”.
Get the email on time
At the time you set, a reminder email arrives, and the reminder is in your open tasks too.
“Meeting prep” in one click
Every meeting that hasn't started yet has a “Meeting prep” button. Mesakem checks what happened last time with the same people, what's still open, and what's worth asking.
Wherever suits you
In the dashboard
“My Mesakem” is one click away on every screen, and full screen too.
In the phone app
The same assistant, on iPhone and Android.
In Telegram
Write to it from your phone, and reminders can arrive there.
A personal assistant that stays personal
Only your meetings
Mesakem sees your meetings and what was shared with you. Not your teammates' meetings.
Never sends for you
It never emails or messages other people. Reminders and emails go to you only.
No change without a yes
A reminder, a new task or marking a task done happens only after you say “yes”.
Questions about the assistant and reminders
What is “My Mesakem”?
A personal assistant inside Mesakem: in the dashboard, the phone app and Telegram. It knows all your meetings, answers about them with a pointer to the meeting each fact came from, and keeps your tasks and reminders.
How do I get a reminder by email?
Tell it what and when, for example “remind me today at 15:00 to send Avi the quote”. It shows what it understood and asks to confirm. After “yes”, at the time you set, a reminder email arrives.
Which time phrasings does it understand?
For example “in 20 minutes”, “in 2 hours”, “today at 15:00”, “tomorrow at 9” and “the day after tomorrow at 11:00”. If the time isn't clear, it asks.
Do reminders come by email or Telegram?
By email. If you connected Mesakem to Telegram, reminders arrive there, and you can say “by email” to get one by email.
What does it know about the people I meet?
Who joined each meeting, from the calendar invite and from who spoke, and which meetings they were in. It is not a phone book and keeps no phone numbers.
Does Mesakem learn me on its own?
Yes. From your meeting summaries it learns projects, terms and people's roles on its own, and uses them when you ask. In “My memory” you see everything it learned and from which meeting, you can edit and delete, and you can turn learning off.
Does it see my teammates' meetings?
No. It sees only your meetings and what was shared with you.
What is “Meeting prep”?
A button on every meeting that hasn't started yet. Press it and Mesakem preps you: what happened last time with the same people, what's still open and what's worth asking.
