A simulation — no calendar is read and nothing is sent

The short answer

What is an availability link?

An availability link shows someone when you’re free to meet, without showing what’s on your calendar. Instead of trading “When works for you? What about Wednesday?”, you mark a few free windows on your week and send a link. Your guest sees only the windows you chose, each time marked free or taken, and picks the one that suits them. Scheduling, without the back-and-forth.

Three steps

How it works

How do you share when you’re free? No forms and nothing to set up first: it all happens on your real week, in seconds.

  1. Drag across free time

Click “Share availability” in your dashboard. Your week opens at 08:00 with the meetings already on your calendar. Drag across free time to mark a window, as many as you like. A meeting in the way? The window skips it.

  2. Send a link or a ready message

Pick a meeting length (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes) and click “Copy link”. “Copy as text” makes a tidy message for WhatsApp, and “Send by email” sends the link to up to 5 people.

  3. Your guest picks a time and invites you

Your guest sees only the windows you chose, each time free or “Taken”. Picking a time opens a ready invite in Google Calendar, in Outlook or as a calendar file, and they send you a normal invitation.

Why Mesakem

Sharing availability that just works

01

Your real week, in seconds

No fixed hours to fill in and nothing to set up first. You see the meetings already on your calendar and drag across the free time. A window that crosses a meeting splits around it by itself.

02

A guest page in real Hebrew, or English

One clean card, fully right-to-left in Hebrew, or in English, following the browser language of whoever opens it. The time zone is spelled out, and “My time” switches every time to the guest’s own clock.

03

Guests see only free or taken

No titles, no attendees and no details of your meetings. And nothing outside the windows you chose to offer.

04

Always up to date

The page checks your calendar every time it opens. A new meeting that lands in a window shows as “Taken” on the next view, and when your guest picks a time, the page makes sure it’s still free.

05

WhatsApp-ready

“Copy as text” builds a tidy message: the meeting length, the days, the times and the link. Paste it in a chat and send. Just want the link? “Copy link”.

06

Free on every plan

Creating and copying links is free for everyone, the Free plan included. Only email sending has a daily cap: 3 sends a day on Free and 20 on a paid plan.

When it helps

Scheduling over WhatsApp, email or anywhere

Every time someone asks “When works for you?”, one link saves the whole thread.

Customers and leads

Instead of offering three slots and waiting, send a link on WhatsApp and let the customer pick a time that suits them.

Job interviews

Offer a candidate a few windows this week and let them choose, no phone tag.

Vendors, partners and advisors

Outside your company, on any calendar: your guest invites you from Google Calendar, Outlook or any other calendar.

Meetings across time zones

Your time zone is spelled out, and with “My time” your guest sees every time on their own clock.

You’re in control

You decide what’s offered

The small things that make the difference:

  • Meeting length: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.
  • “Free anyway”: an event that doesn’t really block you, like an all-day reminder? Click it and offer that time anyway. Your guest never sees the event.
  • A short note to your guest, if you like.
  • Offer times up to two weeks ahead, in 15-minute steps.
  • The link closes by itself after the last window, and you can cancel it any time.
  • “Send by email” to up to 5 people at a time. Replies come straight to you.
Privacy

Your guest sees when you’re free. Not what’s on your calendar.

Share availability is built so your calendar stays yours:

  • Whoever has the link sees only the windows you chose, each time marked free or taken.
  • Event titles, attendees, locations and any other event details are never shown, and nothing outside your windows is.
  • Taken time is rounded to the quarter hour, so the exact times of your meetings never show.
  • The page shows your name and email address, so your guest can send you an invitation.
  • Mesakem only reads your calendar: it never creates, edits or deletes events.
  • The link closes by itself after the last window, and you can cancel it any time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about sharing availability

Does Mesakem book the meeting automatically?

No. Mesakem never writes to your calendar. Your guest picks a time, and one click opens a ready invite in Google Calendar, in Outlook or as a calendar file, with you already invited. They send it, and you get a normal invitation to accept like any other.

What does my guest see of my calendar?

Only the windows you chose to offer, each time marked free or “Taken”. They never see titles, attendees, locations or any other details of your meetings, and nothing outside the windows. They do see your name and email address, so they can send you an invitation.

How is sharing availability different from sharing my calendar?

Sharing a calendar gives someone access to the calendar itself, at every hour and sometimes with event details. An availability link shows only the windows you chose, each time free or taken. Your guest needs no account or permission, and the link closes by itself after the last window.

Does it work with Google Calendar?

Yes. Share availability works with a Google or Microsoft (Outlook and Microsoft 365) calendar connected to Mesakem; for now, the primary calendar is checked. Your guest can use any calendar: the invite opens in Google Calendar or Outlook, or as a calendar file for any other calendar, such as Apple Calendar.

What if a new meeting lands after I send the link?

The link updates itself. The page checks your calendar every time it opens, so a new meeting in one of your windows shows as “Taken” on the next view. And when your guest picks a time, the page makes sure it’s still free.

How do I share my availability on WhatsApp?

Click “Copy as text”. Mesakem builds a tidy message with the meeting length, the days and times you chose, and the link at the end. Paste it in a WhatsApp chat and send. You can also copy just the link, or email it to up to 5 people.

When does the link stop working?

The link closes by itself after the last window you offered, and you can offer times up to two weeks ahead. You can also cancel a link any time from Share availability. Anyone who opens a closed link sees that it’s no longer active.

Is Share availability free?

Yes, on every plan, Free included: creating and copying links costs nothing. Email sending has a daily cap: 3 sends a day on Free and 20 on a paid plan. You can keep up to 20 active links at a time.
