Can AI write board meeting minutes?

Board discussions are sensitive. Your data is hosted in the EU and encrypted in transit, it is never used to train AI, and card numbers, ID numbers and passwords are masked before any text reaches the AI. Not by themselves. Mesakem drafts the minutes; they become official when the secretary or chair reviews and approves them, as your bylaws require.
Can we use our own minutes format?

Who can see the recording and the minutes?
You, and the people you share them with. In an organization, each person has a private space and managers see usage, never meetings, unless someone shares one.

Are board meetings used to train AI?
No. Your meetings, recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI, by us or by our AI providers. They are visible to you and to the people you choose to share them with.
