Hebrew meeting transcription, with the summary already written

Mesakem was built for Hebrew first. It transcribes Hebrew meetings from Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, from your computer with the Windows and Mac app, or from a file you already recorded. Then it writes the summary for you, in Hebrew or in English, with the decisions, tasks and owners.

How do I transcribe a Hebrew meeting?

Invite Mesakem to the meeting from your calendar or paste the meeting link, record on your computer with the desktop app, or upload an audio or video file. When the meeting ends you get a speaker-separated Hebrew transcript and a summary with decisions, tasks and owners, in Hebrew or in English, whichever your team reads.

Three ways in, one result

Pick the source that fits the conversation.

Online meetings get a visible bot that joins Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, automatically from Google Calendar or Outlook, or from a link you paste. In-person meetings, and any platform without a bot, are recorded on your computer with the Windows and Mac app. Recordings you already have can be uploaded from the dashboard.

All three lead to the same thing: a full transcript and a summary your team can act on.

  • Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, through a visible bot
  • The Windows and Mac app, for in-person meetings and any other platform
  • Uploaded MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4 or WebM files up to 200MB
  • Automatic joining from Google Calendar or Outlook

Built for how Hebrew meetings really sound

Hebrew business meetings are rarely Hebrew only.

People switch to English for product names, acronyms, tools and whole phrases, often in the middle of a sentence. Mesakem is a Hebrew-first product made in Israel, designed around exactly those meetings rather than adding Hebrew as one more item in a long language list.

For meetings the bot joins and for desktop recordings, the spoken language is detected automatically. For uploaded files you choose the recording language, Hebrew included. Names, numbers and dates are where any transcription is really tested, so try it on a real meeting of yours: the free plan is meant for exactly that.

  • Hebrew transcripts and summaries that read right to left
  • Automatic language detection for bot meetings and the desktop app
  • Hebrew available for uploaded recordings
  • A transcript separated by speaker

From transcript to decisions, tasks and owners

A transcript of a long meeting is hard to scan. Mesakem turns it into a summary of what was decided, who owns each task, the due dates that were mentioned and what is still open. Each line links back to the moment in the meeting it came from, so anyone can check it.

Summaries can be written in Hebrew or in English. Set the summary language to English, and a meeting held in Hebrew arrives as an English summary that colleagues abroad can read, while the transcript keeps the original Hebrew.

  • An executive summary
  • Decisions
  • Tasks with owners and due dates
  • Open questions
  • Every line linked to its source in the meeting

What happens after the meeting

The summary arrives by email with a Word file, waits in your dashboard and can be shared with a link. Tasks land on a team board and can be sent to your task tool in one click. You can ask questions about any meeting, or group the meetings of a client or project into a room and ask across all of them.

Mesakem also connects to AI assistants such as Claude, so they can read your meetings when you ask them to.

Questions and answers

Does Mesakem transcribe Hebrew accurately?

Hebrew is Mesakem's first language, and the product is built around Hebrew business meetings. Accuracy still depends on audio quality, people talking over each other and unusual names, so we recommend trying it on a few of your own meetings. The first 10 are free.

Can I get the summary in English for a meeting held in Hebrew?

Yes. Choose English as your summary language, and the summary, decisions and tasks are written in English, while the transcript keeps the original Hebrew.

Can I transcribe a meeting without a bot joining it?

Yes. The Mesakem app for Windows and Mac records on your computer, with no extra participant in the meeting, and produces the same transcript and summary.

Can I transcribe a Hebrew recording I already have?

Yes. Upload an MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4 or WebM file up to 200MB from the dashboard, choose Hebrew as the recording language, and you get the transcript and the summary.

How much does it cost?

Your first 10 meetings are free, up to 90 minutes each, with no credit card. That is a one-time allowance, not a monthly one. Pro is $29 a month, or $19 a month billed annually, with unlimited meetings.

Are my meetings used to train AI?

No. Your meetings, recordings and transcripts are not used to train AI models. They are visible to you and to the people you choose to share them with.
