Mesakem for customer success
Customer meeting notes that keep every promise on record
Onboarding calls, weekly check-ins, account reviews and renewal conversations all end with promises. Mesakem records each of them, on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet or in person, and turns it into a clear record of the customer's goals, requests, risks and commitments, with owners and dates.

How do customer success teams keep track of what was promised?
Let Mesakem join every customer meeting from your calendar. After each meeting you get a summary with the customer's goals, what is working, what is blocked, their requests in their own words and every commitment on both sides, with owners and due dates. The whole history stays searchable, so the next person on the account does not have to ask the customer again.
How it works
Connect your calendar
Mesakem joins your customer meetings, or the ones you choose.
Meet as usual
The bot stays muted. You stay with the customer.
Get the account record
Goals, risks, requests and commitments, with owners and dates.
Follow through
Send the recap, assign the tasks, prepare the next check-in.
What to capture in a customer meeting
Customers remember what you promised. A consistent summary makes sure your team remembers it too.
- Their goals, and how they will measure success
- What is working and what is blocked
- Feature requests, in the customer's own words
- Risks: a champion leaving, a budget review, low adoption
- Commitments on both sides, with owners and dates
- When you meet next, and what to bring
One room for each account
Group every meeting of a customer into one room: a running log of decisions, the open topics, and one question answered from all of those meetings at once, such as "What did we promise Acme in the last three meetings?" Each answer names the meeting it came from.
Before the next meeting, press "Meeting prep": Mesakem checks what happened last time with the same people, what is still open and what is worth asking.
Hand-offs without asking the customer again
When an account moves from sales to onboarding, or from one manager to another, share the summaries instead of retelling them. A share link opens one page with the recording, the transcript, the decisions and the tasks, and whoever gets the link can ask the meeting a question too.
Follow-through the customer can see
Send the recap the same day: ask the meeting for a one-click follow-up email draft, check it and send it. Tasks land on the team's task board, and each one can go to Jira, Trello, Asana, monday.com, Linear and Todoist in one click.
Questions and answers
Will the customer see the notetaker?
Yes. The bot joins with a clear name, its camera off and its microphone muted, and the host decides whether to admit it. Tell customers you document meetings, as your policy and the law require.
Can I share the summary with the customer?
Yes. Send a share link, or email the summary with a Word file. Email goes only to addresses you have verified, so a summary never reaches the wrong person by accident.
Can I edit the summary before I share it?
Yes. You can edit any summary before you share it, and the full transcript stays behind it.
Does it work for support calls by phone?
Phone-call summaries work with recorded calls from a supported business call-recording provider, and are currently available in Israel.
How much does it cost?
Your first 10 meetings are free, up to 90 minutes each, with no credit card. That is a one-time allowance, not a monthly one. Pro is $29 a month, or $19 a month billed annually, with unlimited meetings.
Are customer meetings used to train AI?
No. Your meetings, recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI, by us or by our AI providers. They are visible to you and to the people you choose to share them with.
