Mesakem for sales teams
AI notes for sales calls, from discovery to the next step
Stop typing while the buyer talks. Mesakem joins your sales calls on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet as a visible notetaker, or records in person with the Windows and Mac app or the phone app. After the call you get what the buyer needs, what worries them, what each side promised and the agreed next step, each linked to the moment it was said.

How do I take notes on a sales call without typing?
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook and choose which meetings Mesakem joins: all of them, external meetings only, or one meeting of a series. A visible bot joins each call, and when it ends you get a summary with the buyer's needs, objections, commitments and the next step. Then ask the meeting to draft the follow-up email or a note for your CRM.
How it works
Connect your calendar
Google Calendar or Outlook, read-only. Choose external meetings only.
The bot joins the call
A visible participant, camera off and microphone muted.
Get the call summary
Needs, objections, commitments and the next step, with sources.
Send the follow-up
Ask the meeting for the email, a CRM note or a team update.
What a good sales call note captures
The details that decide a deal are said once, usually while you are busy listening.
Mesakem writes them down for you and keeps each one next to the moment it was said, so you can check the buyer's exact words before you quote them back.
- The problem and how they solve it today
- Who decides, and how they buy
- Budget and timing, as the buyer stated them
- Objections, and how they were answered
- What you promised, and what they promised
- The next step, with a date
From the call to the follow-up in minutes
The summary arrives by email with a Word file, waits in your dashboard and can be shared with a link. Every meeting also becomes a conversation: ask it to draft the follow-up email to the buyer, a message for your team or a note for your CRM, and the answer is built from what was actually said, with links to the source.
Tasks land on the team's task board, and each one can go to Jira, Trello, Asana, monday.com, Linear and Todoist in one click. With Zapier or n8n, a finished summary can start an automation: a row in a sheet, a CRM update or a message in your team channel.
A summary shaped like your sales process
Use the ready "Call summary" template (what they asked, what we promised and the next step), or build your own in a short chat with the AI: a discovery template with sections for the problem, budget, decision process and timeline, a demo template, a renewal template. Every call of that kind is then summarized the same way, so deals are easy to compare.
Every call of a deal in one room
Group every meeting of a deal or an account into one room: a running log of decisions, the open topics, and one question answered from all of those meetings at once, such as "What did they say about pricing across all our calls?" Each answer names the meeting it came from.
Before the next meeting, press "Meeting prep": Mesakem checks what happened last time with the same people, what is still open and what is worth asking.
Questions and answers
Will the buyer see the notetaker?
Yes. Mesakem joins as a visible participant with a clear name, its camera off and its microphone muted, and the host decides whether to let it in. For a call where a bot would be out of place, record on your computer with the Windows and Mac app, and tell the other side you are recording.
Can it join only my external calls?
Yes. After you connect Google Calendar or Outlook, choose whether Mesakem joins all your meetings, external meetings only, or a single meeting of a series. You can always send it a meeting link by hand.
Can Mesakem update my CRM?
Ask any meeting for a CRM-ready note and paste it, or connect Zapier or n8n so that a finished summary can update your CRM automatically.
Does it work for sales calls by phone?
Phone-call summaries work with recorded calls from a supported business call-recording provider, and are currently available in Israel. Anywhere else, record the call on your computer with the desktop app, or use a video call.
How much does it cost?
Your first 10 meetings are free, up to 90 minutes each, with no credit card. That is a one-time allowance, not a monthly one. Pro is $29 a month, or $19 a month billed annually, with unlimited meetings.
Are my calls used to train AI?
No. Your meetings, recordings and transcripts are never used to train AI, by us or by our AI providers. They are visible to you and to the people you choose to share them with.
Let your next sales call write its own notes
